At VOC (Valley OF Silver), we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange — no explanation needed.

  • Return any item within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • All original tags, boxes, and accessories must be included.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We currently do not provide return shipping labels.
